SHipping

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be packed and shipped. If you need something rushed, please contact us prior to placing your order. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days of ship date. All orders are insured, and a tracking number will be emailed to you after the label is created. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that ship without a signature requirement.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders over $200: Free Ground Shipping (normally $16)
Orders over $500: Free 2nd Day! (normally $25)
Orders over $2000: Free Overnight! (normally $35)

Please note: All packages over $1000 will require an adult signature, and will be sent via UPS/FedEx and insured by Parcel Pro. If it will not be possible to obtain a signature at a residential address, please provide us with a business address or contact us about having a package held at a local FedEx Office location. 


ONLINE RETURNS

We understand that it can be difficult to buy something without seeing it in person. For this reason, our online return policy differs from our in-store return policy. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the order for a full credit, less original shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your order and choose to return it, all associated shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Jewelry, shoes, and accessories must be unworn and in pristine condition. All items must arrive in their original packaging with a receipt (we cannot credit you if we don’t know who you are!). You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using an insured, traceable carrier like Priority Mail through the post office, FedEx or UPS.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Custom orders, discounted items, candles, fragrance and apothecary are always final sale. Items purchased on the website cannot be returned to our store.

STORE RETURNS

In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 10 days with a receipt. Custom orders, discounted items, candles, fragrance and apothecary are always final sale. Items purchased on the website cannot be returned to the store, and our online return policy does not apply to in-person store purchases. 


SALES TAX

All orders shipped within Illinois are subject to 10.25% sales tax.


SPECIAL ORDERS

We can work with several of our artists to create something customized for you. All special orders are considered final sale, and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Timelines for this kind of work can vary widely by project, season, and artist.  If you are interested in placing a special order with us, please contact us for more information.


JEWELRY REPAIR

Accidents happen. Necklaces get snagged, people lose earrings and natural wear and tear occurs.  Don’t hesitate to contact us if your Sailor purchase needs to be fixed, and we can advise you on how best to proceed. We’ve seen it all, and we’re happy to help. Please contact us for more information.
